Refund Policy

Recruitment fees are generally non-refundable once candidate shortlisting or placement activities have commenced. If a placement does not proceed due to Global Opportunity Solutions error, we will work with the client to resolve the matter, which may include a partial credit toward future services.

Refunds or replacements for physical goods are available for defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
